Hi! I'm Becca.
How do I know that this program works?
I know because I was you.
Growing up as an undiagnosed ADHDer, I really struggled to understand my eating behaviors.
I would go through phases where I would forget to eat, then feel completely out of control when I was around food.
I had a strong preference for crunchy foods where I could eat a whole bag of chips in one sitting.
I also felt averse to variety and would eat the same things over and over again for weeks.
Sound familiar?
I knew that something was off when I compared my eating habits to those of my peers, but I couldn’t place it.
After years of feeling anxious and shameful about my eating habits, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD.
Is it dramatic to say that the clouds parted? Because they did.
I realized that a lot of my struggles with food were because of my ADHD symptoms.
I developed strategies tailored to my unique needs as an ADHDer. With these, I found that proper nutrition had a positive impact on my symptoms.
When my ADHD symptoms felt more manageable, I felt more in control around food. I started to trust my food decisions. I started to trust my body!!
As a Registered Dietitian, I wanted to create the nutrition education, resources and activities that I wish I had access to when I first suspected that I had ADHD. I put in the work so that you don’t have to figure this out on your own.
I'm SO excited that you are here and look forward to guiding you through this course!

This is not a weight loss program. We focus on how to feel your best and improve ADHD outcomes like energy, focus and mood through nutrition. Sometimes weight loss accompanies this, but it is not the focus.
This program is not a replacement for individualized nutrition therapy and is not meant for people with an active eating disorder or those in the early phases of treatment. If you think you might have an eating disorder, please seek 1-on-1 nutrition therapy from an accredited healthcare professional. I would love to have you complete the program later on in your recovery journey.
The program provides flexible strategies that can be adapted to various dietary needs and preferences.
The video lessons can only be streamed. This is to protect the content from being redistributed beyond the course platform. The PDF slides, resources and activities are yours to download.
