Meet the founder

Becca Harris, RD, MHSc

Registered Dietitian

Hi! I’m Becca.

I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in ADHD nutrition. I also have ADHD myself.

I know that meal planning and preparation can be a real pain point for a lot of us. Thankfully for you, meal planning has been my hyperfocus for the better part of a decade.

With a background in nutrition and an understanding of neurodivergent needs, I know the types of meals and strategies that are needed in order to make eating more accessible and enjoyable.

I hope you love the Meal Prep Club as much as I’ve loved creating it!
